It depends what you want to get from training.

If you want more players to receive training but not get as good, do 2-position trainings. If you want better players, you can only do 1-position unless you are running a training that has only 2-position.

If you want to train players to play in “big man” roles (center, power forward), train inside defense, inside scoring, rebounding, and shot blocking. If you want to train players to be guards, train outside defense, jump-shot, outside shooting, passing, and 1-on-1. (It is widely accepted that training 1v1 for forwards is better than for guards because it can also improve inside shot as well as jump shooting, driving, and handling.)
