Goal: keep training at 100% but lose as many games as possible
Best training plan: 1 position training for PG or C
Roster: 3 trainees + 4 starters (total 7 players)
Staff: Trainer + Doctor* (Youth coach is optional)
Weekly goal: get 48 minutes for your 3 trainees and 144 minutes for all the rest. The idea is to completely missmanage weekly minutes for non-trainees so they are in the worst game shape possible, while trying to get 100% training.
Lineup: completely missmanage the lineup so that your worst inside players play at C/PF or the worst outside players play at PG/SG (exception only for your 3 trainees)
Tactics: it doesn't matter much
*Doctor speciality is not essential, but if you want you can go with Taping injuries so that if your trainee is injured let's say in min 11 of the game and the injury is not severe the Doc will ready him to come back at the start of the 2nd quarter. Never take Massage speciality cause you want to keep those 144 minutes do the work for your non-trainees.
