If you watch the replay, Allen was hurt at 0:28, taken out of the game and shown in red.
As I understand how injuries are handled, any injury will cause a player to leave the game. Then an injury severity is determined based on a probability distribution and a random number. And then the doctor's skill is used to adjust the injury severity. In some cases, this will result in a severity of 0. But that means the player isn't injured after the game - not that the injury didn't happen.
I think BB should mark players like that in the box score somehow.

He didn't turn red in my browser, though your other injured dude did turn red.
For what it's worth, I've got Firefox 3.0 on OS X with Flash version 9.0.115.0.

I just watched it again. Allen turns red as soon as the foul is called at 11:28. And then the lineup on the scoreboard updates at 11:15 moving him in red to below.
Does FF have a different version of Flash?
If anyone else wants to check, this is the game:
(6039432)
There is a foul, with injury, at 11:28 remaining in the 1Q. The foul, injury and substitution are shown in the game log. On my browser, the injured player's name turns red on the scoreboard. On others, he does not, but simply sits on the bench in black for the rest of the game.

I am bumping this thread, because the problem is reappearing.
In
(6051132)
, the maniac's starting PF was injured several minutes into the game, and was subsequently subbed, though his name is not shown in red. As of now, the game is ongoing. Match viewer link:
