Can you provide an example for #1? I don't see that to be happening, and also, if a foul occurs with less than :14 on the shot clock, the shot clock reverts to :14, not :24

As for #2. it may not be logical with a 20-30 point lead (10 points is a different story) , but there's nothing unfair about it.

#3 is not true.

1.) I will try to find example. Now I dont have time to re-watching all games.
(But those rule with reverts to 14 is just in NBA. FIBA rule is to reverts to 24)

2.) that is annoying if opponent take 2 full timeouts in last 10 seconds and there is impossible to win a game!

3.) Ok that is not maybe 95%, but more than 80% is certain!!! That is not real again.
I think than something like this would be real:

24-20 sec ----> 3%
19-15 sec ----> 15%
14-10 sec ----> 27%
9-5 sec -------> 30%
4-1 sec -------> 25%

But now situation is like this:

24-20 sec ----> 0%
19-15 sec ----> 0%
14-10 sec ----> 2%
9-5 sec -------> 18%
4-1 sec -------> 80%

This is just my experience with this game! I never see shoot in first 10 seconds of ball possession!!! (I don't count situation with offensive rebound and shoot, and also last minute situations)

If that were true, in a 48 minute match we would have something like 120 posessions, what would make about 60 for each team.

My games prove that wrong, and I even use slow pace offense.

No that way of thinking isn't good! :)
There is a lot of fouls, stolen balls, 3 sec violations, Off. Rebounds... all this things make average possession shorter.

Just watch any game and you will see that almost every shoot goes at last few seconds (if that possession is not intercepted with some spec. event^).

Do you want 14 seconds or 24 seconds after a foul?

In this game, we get 24, although the display in the matchviewer is screwed up and makes it look like only 14 are available.

Except for technical fouls, and a whole bunch of things having to do with team fouls. And maybe some other things I'm forgetting.

Well, I don't know with what kind of tactic you play but me, when I play in Run & Gun, my players shoot 80% of the time within the first 15 seconds of the possession, most of the time between 10 and 15 seconds.

BB is played under NBA rules.

Then I'm confused. My understanding of NBA rules is that you get 14 seconds after a non-shooting foul. In BB, we get 24.
