Sounds like you've got a decent plan for your team already which is good and looking at your roster, it's the right plan to start with.
As far as stamina or free throws though, it really depends on what you think your players need most. I personally like having a team with better stamina than the other teams (took me quite a while to discover that benefit) but missing free throws is a real pain in the ass too, especially in a close game.
So personally, i'm training stamina again in this off season but everyone is different so this is one of those choices you just have to make for yourself i guess.
