why would anyone want to train game shape? it goes up on its own if you play the people you want. stamina and free throws are the only team training worth training.
Not necessarily. I'll give you an example: I went into double overtime in the Cup semifinal this season, so some players went above the 80-minute limit. I might have wanted to train Game Shape in order to keep my players in decent shape for the cup final next week.
