I just checked your arena page. The prices for each categories are at the maximum. That's waay to much, especially considering that you're only in D.III. Even in the top division, just a few teams have the prices at the maximum...

thats have nothing to do with the league, if you raised the prices to the maximum your arena is tooo small ;)

And when you don't sell around 85-95% of the places your prices are too high.

the prices high is not my fault: I raised them in july because i had full attendance and for the playoffs, note the full again in quarterfinal. The semifinal was August 02 if i would have won it I would have had another full in the final so i did not lower them, and with this absolutely crazy ticket system I cannot change them till september. At least I think i should be able to change them the start of season...

the point is: The previous match - cup, a piece of cake against lesser rival - 2769
the match against "our hated rival" - 2931
that's absolutely mad.

The point is that you don't get to jack prices well beyond what they should be and then expect anywhere close to a sellout, rival or not.

This aspect of the game wont change.

I agree.

However I do also agree that you would expect that more people come in against your rival than in other matches.

Note that in both those games mentioned, the price aspect is the same, that factor doesn't change, so it shouldn't matter, and the attendance had a variance that could have happened any match, and it wasn't any match, it was a match against his rival.

I didn't play my rival yet, so I don't know if there is or there isn't an attendance factor to it, but I think it's something that should be thought of.

The point is that a match against the rival if not a sellout should have extra attendance
since it is not a normal match.

Another point is that I put high prices for the playoffs , and since the semifinal was second day of the month I'm now stuck with those prices. It's absolutely logical that, as team manager, you can change prices when new season starts, obviously initial season matches have less interest than playoffs. But the fact is that i can change prizes when the season starts depend on a lucky or unlucky date...

The price changes I can understand where you might be upset about that aspect of it.

But with those prices, that is what will happen attendance-wise, and with more "normal" prices there should be a jump in attendance.

the terriying part of the prices being raise is . . . . if your in LA you probably still sell but if your in utah or new orleans or even probably milwaukee not to mention seattle theyll might opt for hockey games, baseball and even just play bowling :D

remember as one sportcaster mentioned long time ago, fans dont just go to games to see their favorite players but to be entertained :D
