I support this idea. Right now, the activity in the lower leagues is too small. People might get interested sooner in the community with more dynamic info.
I do admit that a large part of the activity still has to come from initiatives from the users themselves, people can't be forced to become active members of the community. Although I still hope that a lot of them find their way to forums, messages and other secondary BB-fun.
