Maybe show their wage, but not their level, just like with the players.
But for me it's not a must.
It's fun the other managers have some secrets.

Besides, if we know all about the others, we don't need to ask them. Which is a malus for communicating with the other managers.

I agree with the showing staff salaries (but not their levels). It makes the game more realistic (we know what coaches make in RL), and it also helps us see what the other teams are doing, whether rivals or just really good teams we want to emulate.

Don't ask what sort of Chunks they are, you probably don't want to know. Blowing Chunks since Season 4!

The problem is unlike players, staff only have 1 skill. So showing the salary is really almost as good as showing the skill level.

True.

But if we don't want managers to see what level-staff others have (I personnaly don't mind) we could then simply show the transfer history of the staff member?

I also think it would be interesting to know if the staff has any specialization or not.

I would mind history even more than level.

We should be able to see the staff transactions history. In real life you would read in a newspaper or hear about it. I'm not saying show levels or salary but just let us know when they switch from player x to z.

You got to know when to hold em, know when to fold em, Know when to walk away and know when to run. You never count your money when youre sittin at the table. Therell be time enough for countin when the dealins done.

I don't think there is a reason for not hiding this information, period.

In real world I doubt you see a level of Phil Jackson, Jerry Sloan or Sam Vincent. And I doubt you would read in newspaper that a team hired this or that doctor. You wiould have to search for it at the official web page of the team. And maybe unsuccessfully. However BB is not reality it is a game.

Yes, you can't show nice/ugly faces of your staff to other people and their odd names, ood combination of apperance or name and a country of origin as well, but you have to live with that. (please don't reply "to me" - i have nothing to add I guess.)

Personally i couldn't care less wether other people could see the levels of my players never mind staff. Because at the end of the day what are they going todo about my players levels? They are what they have to play against regardless of skills. And team rating are the important thing when it comes to beating a rival not individual skills of players so it would make no difference what-so-ever.

So you would like this change with "why not?" argument.

Yeah exactly. Why not! Would make it easier for the NT and U21 managers to scout also.
