It depends on what you are training. If you are training rebounding for C/PF than only the players that played minutes at the C and PF position will get training. These same players can play mins at other positions as well but they won't count towards the 48 mins needed for optimal training. So per your second example, that player would receive 24 mins in training.

If you are training C-PF for rebounding, do minutes at both positions by one player count for training (are 38 minutes at C, and 10 at PF; just as good as 48 minutes at C)?

How can I let my player play 48 minutes in one week? I see at the Set orders page at substitutions: Let coach decide, strictly pick from depth chart.. What does that mean?

is it a good idea to hire a lev 9 coach (21k/week) if I have only 2-3 players to train ?
