Basicly you do that already with the current tactic system.

F.E Princeton:

You say to your SG and PG and SF to shoot more 3 point shots and less 2 point jump shots. You say to your PF and Center to make more inside shots and less 2 point jump shots.

So I don't think personal order will make such a difference.

but for example i've got a fantastic outside shooter that is playing as a center(he's tall and got the 4 features that centers spouse to be+JS and jump range...) im not able to tell him to shot alot from the outside... or if i want to tell one of my guards to shot only from the inside and my other guard to shot only from the outside im not able to do that... understand?

That will make the game pretty timeconsuming and hard to play against in defence.

people with great outside shooting would take more shots from outside, then someone who doesn't got outside shooting. So an intelligence advice should already given to the players automatically, if i read the rules right ;)
