The 48 minutes is for all games in a week combined. Training update only happens once every week, but every kind of training trains more then 1 skill.

About training, do you know if it is like a straight line; if a player has played 36min he gets 75% of the training effect, 43min gets 90% effect etc..? Or does it drop faster, like 36min gets only 50% training effect or something like that..?

If it is not a straight line, maybe it's not so wise trying to train 6 players, should then switch to 5....

hmm.:)

As far as I know training v. minutes is a straight line, just not 1:1... The amount of training drops faster then then % of 48 minutes played.

Ok thanks. Do you have a clue of where the zero point could be; where the line starts...?

No, sorry... And I don't think anyone has, accepy maybe BB's, but they for sure won't say anything about it. GM-JuicePats has said on several occasions that it most likely drops faster then you would expect...

No, 3% a minute is still a straight line :)

3% is just for the sake of argument, and in no way a real figure.

INot necessarily. If the training effect starts with 1min, then it will be curved if it drops faster than the minutes, but if the training effect starts at any other poing (amount of minutes) it could still be a straight line...
:)

Edit: So my question really was concerning the area just under 48mins, curved or straight, if the training effect drops faster than percentually like a straight line towards 0mins, then I will consider dropping 6 trainees to 5...

I'd then say it's curved.
