every friday the training updates and a green arrow only means that there was a pop last week. there has been no drops in your players free throwing ability

They lost their green arrows because they did not improve to the next skill-level integer. The arrow only appears when a player reaches the next skill level. Each person you train will improve every week that you train them, they just don't always improve a whole level. The arrows are only for that particular week. Next week, if you train FT again, I imagine most of their little green arrows will return.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.
