With agent fees being implemented, this will stem that tide.

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

Are there limits in the number of players who may receive stamina, FT, or injury recovery?

As in training for Stamina/FT?

No.

Not sure I understand about injury recovery.

You could buy 50 players with 4 week injuries and hire a good doctor, then keep listing them with a good markup. You don't necessarily have to have them heal completely,

I completely agree. Either a maximum of players or introducing a NBA like system (what is it called? "luxury tax or something no? well in any case the system that the New York Knicks are very familiar with :-)

Otherwise it will become amazingly difficult for new managers to recruit anyone, as prices will go up and up

PS: agents fee might be the solution, but I am not sure though how it will be calculated (standard fee, depending on the player's salary? depending also on date pf purchase and resale?)

ideally players will be good enough that their salaries will be high enough that one will not be able to afford to keep all these extra players on your roster. this is related to the midseason changes aimed at speeding the process toward equilibrium.
