good question...and another one: what is aprox. rate of speeding up of injured player recovery for doctor lvl 10? sorry if someone has already asked this...

They will drop in skill level. Example: Level 10 trainer will drop to level 9.

how can you tell if your staff is slacking or not as it says they will become more lazy.


They will drop in skill number, as GM-BadLarry said, but if you're like me and can't recall if you had a level 7 or 6 PR guy to start with, BB helps out by presenting the skill loss with a minus sign (i.e., -6).

My trainer fell from 9 to 8 in just 5 or 6 weeks...
