I think you mean pace.

It is hard to answer your question. I will say that neither team has the advantage for these reasons:

- If you play a slow pace, your shots have a higher chance of going in because you will wait longer to get a good shot. You also have a better chance of finding your best match-up on the court. The downfall is that you will take more shots at the end of the shot clock which have a much lower percentage of going in.
-With a faster pace, your team takes less time to find an open look. Your shots have less chance of going in. However, you will take less shots as the shot clock expires. You also see a (very slight) increase in turnovers.

Some people say to use a slow pace when you are facing a better team. It increases the chance of a weird result.
