My opinion;

Buy players that don't make that much fouls. I believe PFs are highly influenced by the possible hidden attributes of a player. Some players make a lot of PFs, others don't. Sell you 4 PF/G players and buy 1.5 PF/G players with the same skillset in return and your problem is solved.

Has anyone got a totally clean team??

I have tried to slowly sell off the known foulers in my team... it just seems that when you think you've got rid of them, someone new takes over the departures mantle and decides to inherit his propensity.....

Maybe its coded so we all have at least 1 fouler at all times??!!

The question is: why the player that last season had 2 PF/G this has 4PF/G?

It happens at least with my two best players (the guard and the center)

Maybe because it is only 6 games into the season and things haven't averaged out yet.

Fabra averaged 3.3 fouls last year, fouling out of 11 times. In games where he played more than 20 minutes, this number went way up. In season 7 he played significantly fewer minutes per game, so he wasn't allowed to be the thuggish ape that he is.

I suggest you play "sit them" if you don't want him to foul out of most games. I would also look into using him as a backup or selling him.

Could certainly be. But I feel my selection is quite allright at the moment, players rarely foul out and I guess I'm averaging about 13 PF/G. I've had a few games where my fouls were 20+, I don't know the reason why, but my players could have a bad day ;).

Overall I dropped all my 3.5+PF/G players and now it seems allright. But it might be placebo as well hehe.

Fabra IS a backup, his defense it's a bit low for the division level, but he usually takes more than 16 minutes to be fouled out, specially when the opponents guards are not what you call the best of the conference (4833298) (2263409) (2404074) The last one, Gerardo Gomez has played the match of his life despite he was in front of Bendjellal (4666229) this is something I cannot understand

Another point that shocks me it is that my guards have a relatively high Jump Range (5830512) I noticed that consequently they throw more times from 3P than previous seasons, even playing Run and Gun instead motion, but the percentage this season is terribly low (20%) when Bendjellal had 38% last season, even if the defense is not so strong. Sum this up with the foul trouble and it's impossible to win...

In fact most of the statistics of my last match (13104670)are nonsense, and strongly suggest about bugs.
