1. this guy has enough potential and is also young. but he will never be an all around player, he actually does not need to. he should be good point guard with some passing training.
2. he is very good player. low wage but mid level attributes. he is not the great trainee but not the worst anyway. i would prefer to play him at this shape if i were in league 4 and lower.
you can still findbetter trainees with some spending, but if you do not have cash i dont see any problem with those.
