i'm sorry we are a little shorthanded the last couple days, and with the site crashing yesterday we haven't had time to deal with this specific situation. I'll talk with the team members and come up with a solution soon.

It has happened i Norway, in Spain and now in USA.
No worry! This bug has been fixed says the BB-team ... (10678.1) and (10422.1) and way back to the date 12/3/2007 (7919.29)

Who has gotten messages deleted (7919.32) when telling you about this unfair situation?
Who said 'please be patient' when You were told about this bug a month ago?
Who will say "Thank you for telling us" now?
