I think that the first few years the max skil for the draft players needs some tweaking.
this means the first (two) season(s) the max can stay at respectable, but afterwards it should go up 1 level.
a few seasons later it should go up 1 level again.

I think that level 10 is a good endpoint for the remainder of the BB lifetime. Since after that time there should be many more teams than there are now, and new teams will start out at lower divisions, so they won't have killer players when they start out.

Also the young players 18 and 19 yrs old starting out with a new team should have no higher skills than the ones you can get in the draft. But then, I believe that new team players won't have any skills higher anyway. The manager will have to train them up in order to be able to rise his way up in the leagues.

There is no need to bother about legendary being the limit, since no players 18 or 19 should start out higher than level 10, so only the older players will be able to reach the higher levels... The only thing that must be avoided is that new teams get 18 or 19 year olds that start out with better skills.

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

at the moment there is nothing to be solved.
Maybe they already programmed it that way as well. Anyway they have some time since at the moment the draft system is running prety smoothly, and I think they are satisfied with that result.

Na, Hattrick still works and the maximum there is still level 9 out of 21 levels, and it will stay because it's working. Talents are expensive.

It really isn't a problem at all that the highest skill level that comes out of the draft is respectable.

To say that players coming out of the draft wont be worth anything is simply incorrect. If you have two players with comparable skills, and one is 18 years old, and one is 30, somehow I think the 18 y/o will be worth a tad more (and by "tad", I mean significantly).

You're not going to see a situation where the best draftees will be comparable in any way to the best players already in the game. That's what training is for.

The ocassional strong is surely not needed. However it would serve the purpose of adding a little more spice to the stew, that is to say, a little more to get excited about....so long as you like stew....and spice...I mean good stew...really...

I am not sure if its correct, but over the Rules page you can get to the draft list.

Or is it just a sample?
