You can get an idea from that:

0 Announcer: < 5k
1 Bench warmer: < 5k
2 Role player: < 9,5k
3 6th man: 11,5-13,5k,

Dude, I have a Center with a potencial in 6. AllStar, Remco Karl Milingen (3165829) and his salary is over 95k....

We are talking about soft cap not hard cap. Its possible one player to go higher than that but the training speed is slowing down considerably.

The asterisk indicates he was around before the potential system was in place, so he doesn't count in this case.

not Bug. First ,His age is a huge problem. Seconed, his potential not high , so his skils not update . Althought his a nt player ... If u want to train him ,please 1 position train him.

which should be only an argument if there was at this time more then one center with 90k+ Salary(mathiot), the rest was below 70k and reach 220k till today.
