I'm not a NT manager (only former)but I can answer you that make better post with skills if you really want to show your players or contact directly NT manager.

Outside defense training for both of them. That should be main priority in training. After that boys need outside shooting and one on one training. If they get trained well and survive without injuries they could have a chance to play in NT's in future.

Luultavasti mun rahat ei riitä(kassassa n.300k),mutta jos siitä pitäs tulla PF voisin vetää sille ulko taitoja(lähinnä puolustus ja heitot) tämän kauden.

No he shouldn't be in the team . Fact is that he just isn't good enouhg to Suomi U21team. Outside def needs to be at least prolific and handling also much better.
