i will note rough estimate about the secoond divs here, and can put Links to national collecting threads like this who include the lower devisions also - but put everything in here is to much work for me :) If you like to do it, i link to one of your post where u collect the data in the beginning too.

Well I just finished compiling the list of USA contracts through D.III, so if you do the link thing to national collecting threads include this one:

And links from other countries lists would still be awesome, to see which countries match up evenly with USA's leagues.
