I read the news (I also have to translate it), so I know the other one is someone who is not involved in the code even half the amount Marin is.
Yes, this has been said before. But the news didn't feel like saying "from now on, you will receive nothing other than some statistics because we don't have time to do aynthing else, so the game won't progress one bit over its' lifespan".

Pleas enlighten me on what harm may come to the game if more money was put into it cause I fail to see that.

The way I see the current state of the game, it doesn't matter if there are 2.000 or 20.000 supporters. Since developers are not present, I fail to see how more money would change anything other than developer's bank account. Maybe I'm wrong and such difference in income would make developers think they should invest more time into the game to make even more. But first they have to invest to get something back from community, and not the other way around. It's same as if a mediocre sports team send a message to its' fans, saying "If you will start coming to games in masses, we will be able to build a better team and win more!", while the opposite is true: First someone must invest in such team and win some games to draw interest from folks.

True, but that's just a temporary boost. This game is hard to grasp for newcomers and a lot of them are afraid of the steep learning curve and the the time needed to get out of D.III or D.II in some countries. That's why the game should be evolving - to keep around those people that care about the game.

Take a look at our country, for example: before some major advertising, we reached 700 users. With said advertising our "population" went from 700 to 1.100, which was 4 seasons ago. And now? 571. So not only we lost all the newcomers, but some older managers as well.

I didn't say that. Advertising made a boost to population, but then the population declined to less then it was before. So a bit more than 100 who were lost (from 700 - 571) were the managers that were here before advertising. They were probably lost because nothing new outside some cosmetics is being added to the game.

Turkey is dropping like a rock in population. idk what happened, everyone got a life (a lot of responsibilities) or did they just got mad and quit? wht happened, not even the USA drops like that (we do drop, but it's steady) man BB isn't hitting 50k until the NBA season huh?

Let's try to get some ads in on National TV.........newspaper is even good....commercial.

Wait, Why don't we just put a commercial? Some kids go there and sign up, bam! more users................

It's summer, vacation, end of season. That's understandable. But if population doesn't hit 50+ after 5-6 weeks, it's time to be worried.

Well yes, if we don't care we live better, but to what point? I'm an LA, MOD, U21 manager and paying customer. I care about the game.

If you don't agree with your government, go alone and protest in front of government palace. Who will take you seriously? No one. Now find other 1000 people that think like you and see if they don't take you seriously.

Yes, they have their limitations, but this is just an excuse. They can choose either to work on the game or not, and they chose not to. So it's either "go with the flow", "rant" or "quit". For many seasons I chose "go with the flow", but now I choose "rant".
