Like I said, OHmers got advice from a buddy of mine. =)
As for training more trainees, I don't really recommend it. The only reason why I do is that I train both my PG and SG to be outside shooters. That way, I can train 4 people all at once. If you want your PG to be a normal distributor, then just train 2 trainees at SG. It's a lot more efficient to train Outside Shooting that way. If you're going to focus on Jump Shot more than Outside Shooting, go ahead and get more trainees.

OK..Maybe a dumb question but when i trai my trainees, I have to train my vets as well...correct??? I have never seen a "Do Not Train" button anywhere. Its obvious probably but worth asking since i am really just starting the training program.

Correct. If you're training Jump Shot for guards, and you have vets playing that position, they will be trained. Of course, being older, they won't pop as quickly.
