i have player player Christopher Ward (29433296), bad potential but he have some skills, what are you thinking how good he will be at age 21

He would have been awesome on a U17 team. He'll never, ever, and I mean ever be good enough with that potential to be considered for any reason whatsoever for the U21.

what is the guy's chances at being in U21? 20%? 10%? slim to none? I wana know b/c I and debating on Making him a Inside O SF or a Specialist PF.....I think he is on track to be either or, I'm just wanting to see what are his chances at being a U21 guy.

I'm ok with him not being on U21, (because of his ID) I was planning on making him one of those types anyways

thanks

Guys passing is plenty high enough but his defenses suck. Not much scoring either. He's supposed to be an sf right?

Second Team:
Ric Flair Drippers
PF with some outside skills. Injury earlier in the season destroyed his chances at even being considered U21.

but if you wanna know, just doing some JS for now until it's 11 and after that cap off secondaries with OD and DR. and FYI, 6 OD is pretty good at 18 for a future PF (only got 3-4 pops to get to where a PF OD should be)

since then, Ima post you the skills (since no U21, might as well put him in)

Okay, now that the shameless plug is out of the way, let's please try to remember the point of the thread is a training guide, not a "hi, I have some American player who may someday be good enough for the U21 or not but either way, here he is, I don't bother caring enough to ask how I should train him or if he has a chance or anything else mind you" thread.

Earlier we had conservation with one of your coaches about Edgar Eddy. Now he has just turned to 21 and here is what he have become.

Jump Shot: proficient Jump Range: prolific
Outside Def.: wondrous Handling: sensational
Driving: proficient Passing: prominent
Inside Shot: strong Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: awful

Experience: awful
Potential: perennial allstar

His potential is too low for a specialized player, so i'm trying to make him a well balanced sf.

Not bad at all. I would suggest that you train some IS/ID. Even if he doesn't make the roster, he would still make a good SG/outside SF.

Any thoughts on my Superstar SF? I want him to be an inside oriented SF, but should I train inside skills or outside skills first? Or a mixture of the two? Also I know that One V One for Forwards tends to get the most pops so should i just train that for a couple of weeks to start the season or what do you guys think? Here he is:

USA Native Rudolph Dennison:

Age: 18
Height: 6'5" / 196 cm
Potential: superstar
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: average Jump Range: awful
Outside Def.: average Handling: respectable
Driving: mediocre Passing: inept
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: pitiful Free Throw: respectable

Dexter's little brother!! I had my eye on him. Glad he stayed in USA.

I certainly am no expert, but I would go outside first. Some JSF, some 1v1F, PA, and OD. and then whatever you like inside :)

21yo min. - 9OD/ID, 6PS, 11IS

Those are the requirements for an inside SF from the guide in this thread. I think thats certainly feasible with this guy

since he's only 6'5.

You would want to train up the IS first while his age makes it happen the quickest.

Then work on the rest once you have his IS at 9/10
