I don't know all the history of these discussions, but it seems you could solve two problems at the same time by ...

1. Allow Supporters to buy extra teams in micronations to boost competitiveness. Then more new users will stick around, too.

2. Block all transfers/scrimmages between any owner's multiple teams. If an owner got two teams eligible for BBB or something, just allow the higher-ranked team only. I'm sure there's a way to avoid the problems.

3. Reap the reward of additional interest in smaller countries and the cash made by selling loyal, committed players more of what they like.

Is this impossible programming-wise? Are there fears of cheating that can't be addressed effectively?

All valuable points, and I accept all that.

My POV is a business perspective here, since ultimately money should drive the site's ability to grow (conversely, the lack will see it wither). I have not yet found the funds to become a supporter, but if I found the value proposition better I'd probably have made it happen by now. It's not excessive, but the fact that I have played for a few years for free tells me something.

What percentage of users are Supporters? I'm guessing it's not near high enough.

What percentage of caught cheaters are Supporters? I'm guessing it's low. If you invest in the growth of a game that has no payout, chances are you'll care more about its integrity.

I have played a sim baseball game for 10 years and I keep renewing my teams. I am a commissioner and help in many ways. I am invested, in both time and money, in seeing the game work well. I see a large number of active, helpful owners/mods here, and they are similarly invested.

Just my opinion, but I think that group would expand if Supporter carried the option of helping smaller nations prosper. I think it's a win-win for the nations and the game as a whole. Plus, did I mention more income? That can't hurt, can it?

No Mather how or where the team is created, managing two teams at the same time is cheating.

Second question, where you live in one country and want a team in another. I don't se the problem as long as you only have one team. But how the rules are interpreted in this Mather I don't know for sure.

You are a maniac, man.

I don't think there are needed changes for micronations. It's a really small group of users, but those changes will affect whole community. Few statistics (real) not similar to this "I really think there are thousands of multiaccounts (as you know)":
- 11,7% of users (4649) plays in country which can't fill whole D3 leagues.
- 3,9% of users (1529) plays in country which has less than 100 users.
- 3,2% of users (1259) plays in country which can't fill whole D2 leagues.
- 2552 - number of users in Poland
Calculations based on buzzer-manager.com.

What's more, how many users want to change current situation and implement multi-nation community (Benelux league etc.)? I can see only grumbling the same faces.

What if those users are sick of playing in leagues with BOTs and inactive teams season after season? Maybe that's why they can't keep users from some of these smaller nations?

Ask them, make a survey. I doubt you will get over 50% votes to make international league.
