Call of Cuthulhu - ~ $215k salary, 13 players, can go 9-10 deep, 21,500 arena, currently 3-0, rank 102
At Last - ~ $225k salary, 12 players, great starting 5, big starting 5, 12,290 arena, currently 3-0, rank 168
Old School - ~ $174k salary, 11 players, decent starting 5, maybe 7 deep, 33,000 arena, 2-1, rank 279
Rahway - ~ $170k salary, 12 players, two studs, 12,698 arena, currently 2-1, rank 178
Serapo Gaeta - ~ $239k, 11 players, three studs and able to go 7 deep, 16,230 arena, currently 1-2, rank 155
Flying Pigs - ~ $220k, 15 players and can go about 8 deep, 9954 arena, currently 1-2, rank 265
Miami Caliente - ~ $ 146k, 12 players, 4 deep, 10562 arena, currently 0-3, rank 241
Bloom County - ~ $178k, 15 players, can develop a good starting 5, 16065 arena, currently 0-3, rank 169

Projections:
1 - Call of Cuthulhu - with arena and current line up I expect them to push for the #1 seed
2 - At Last - will push Cuthulha, but unless they have more money in the bank, the nod goes to Cuthulhu
3 - Serapo Gaeta - expect a late season run after they get their final roster developed and the Cup is over
4 - Flying Pigs - Similar to Serapo, but not quite as deep
5 - Old School - just darn happy to be here, want that #5 spot so we dont need to worry about relagation
6 - Bloom County - hmmm unsure if they will attempt a run, might let others get too far away
7 - Rahway - one injury away from the basement.
8 - Miami Caliente - apparently unable to buy a winning lineup.

Projections:
1A. Deportivo Sap - based upon the team they have now, but this is a pick'em for the top 4
1B. Pawnstars - it really depends on who decides to want the first seed
1C. Ups - they have the biggest arena of the 4, so all other things being equal; they can spend the money to get 1st seed
1D. New York Dragons - Really depends on how the use their depth.
5. The Huskies - I think the Huskies get 5th and avoid a relagation match
6. Toccoa Panthers - Do they have any money to make moves? if not, might be headed to Div IV
7. Navajo Nation - Are they tanking?
8. Thunder Gods - Are they tanking?

yes it does, but I cannot find enough fans to fill all the seats. As a result we black out all TV coverage... hmmm not good.

NY dragons have a 27,000 seat Arena? I never knew that. Crazy. There are a lot of big arenas in this league. With such low salaries, I can see why our league's avg. net income was over 60k at one point.

It was nothing personal. It is more how I think of the teams...

Old School Running Rebs = Old School
Rahway Rampage = Rahway
Head Crushing Flying Pigs = Flying Pigs
Bloom County Boingers = Bloom County

Upsyndrome = UPS
oo Pwnstarz oo = Pawnstars
Deportivo Saprissa = Deportivo Sap
Navajo Nation Advent = Navajo Nation

and yes, there are some large arenas... makes it difficult to project what everyone will do. I expect some of us are holding back some cash to make a big buy that could push us into Div II

Some interesting outcomes in the Big 8...

Old School was happy to survive a determined Miami Caliente squad with a big 4th Quarter.
A big 44 point win by Serapo Geata over Rahway.
An even bigger 49 point upset win by the Flying Pigs over At Last.
Finally Cthulhu in a reaffirming win over Bloom County

Meanwhile in the Great 8, the big three win easily

Ups by 30 over the NY Dragons
Pawnstars by 77 over a depleted Huskies
Deportivo by 22 over Navajo
Finally, under the heading "Someone will need to win" The Panthers by 22 over the Thunder Gods.

Give them some credit! Pawnstars won by 87, not 77! :)

Might have been closer than you expected. I've forgotten to set line-ups twice. I messed up my GS and enthusiasm. Meek has mediocre GS and all of my key players are below 8 GS.

Sh*t! Sh*t! Sh*t! My GS is going to take a major hit. This is my second week of forgetting to set my lineup for the US tourney. Sigh.

....BB needs an app. I'd pay extra for that.
