Who would be the starting 5? (Bomber/Foes)

PG: Romeu/ Ivane (not sure)
SG: Eilas
SF:Sasha/Eike
PF:Lee
C:Albert

BENCH:
Ralph
Nightingal
Ed
Alberto
Ivane or Romeu
Sasha or Eike

* i put Lee and Albert in the starting 5 just bc they seem to make the "allstar" game more often then, Ralph\Nightingal but really i dont think u could go wrong with any of them really.

Who would be in your starting 5 and bench players?

That looks good to me! Nightingale's only value is as a defensive presence, so he should definitely be coming off the bench. I should've done more with Ralph's development honestly. There's still time, but I was too focused on bringing along my wings during his prime development years.

That was our first win at Bomber's arena in idk how many attempts. Makes for an interesting playoff run, with each team winning on the other ones court this season.

Just goes to show how valuable Murray is to our backup point guard position. Great win!

That was a hell of a game. Super close games. You winning at my place by 5. And us returning the favor, winning by 6. Lately we've been spliting the season series, except both teams normally win on their home court. We're without Alberto, but we got a lot of defensive/offensive power on this team. Minus khane and Zane who are both growing and super young yet. It kinda hurts Albert, when he first joined our team he was by far our best rebounder and it showed. Now we have 8 of our 10 players who can all rebounder. Taken boards away from him. I wasn't sure how we were gonna perform without Alberto, since we don't have many big man on this team. I knew they could rebound. But the height factor

I think what else helped us win last night was Romeu (37) and Ed (29) leading us in points. Which I believe is what we need from our two high price player's in order to win against the better teams of the league. And Lee helped out with his 21 points. Those three players had 87 of our 113 points. 26 points came from other players, I think that's about what we wanna see out of this team

Question: so, were now -391 in the money. Would you put up some players for bid OR fire your trainer who is making 67 something? He has helped my players develop much faster. AND i tried changing my prices, i had em all at half for whatever is min/max is and that only filled up my arena 40% :O
Cheap freaking fans!! And were a winning basketball team lol

I ended up having to do both. Sold some players and let go my 70k trainer to get back. If you have time, I’d wait until after this season, just in case you win out and get advanced. More money in a better league. That’s what I tried doing last season before letting Grozdan and others go.

Thanks. And that's what I'm trying to do. Wait. But it's getting awful tight. -317 with 6 regular season games left. I'm hoping to make this a farewell season for these players. Bc obviously its getting blown up next season. I'm hoping i can get rid of my 30 yr olds next season. Players like Alberto, Eike- who is more like a glue type player. A player that can do it all for us. But since were starting over theres no need for a "glue" player. I'm hoping to be able to keep Romeu tho and Ed, bart, albert and Khan. But im not sure we can especially with salaries going up. I was wishing i could keep my trainer so that way the young players that play next season would develop faster. I guess that's not possible tho. Well here's wishing we can hold on until the season is over!!
Im trying to get rid of two players now in hopes that itll turn my -2 something i get for home games into the plus. If were able to do that maybe were be able to hold on. MAYBE!!
Maybe if i can't get rid of those players now, ill let my trainer go. That might at least put us over the top for the stretch run.
Best of luck to your team this season AND i hope to give you guys a competitive game in the postseason. But no, promises lol we might be a little depleted

Letting go of the trainer really hurts, but if you right the finances, you should be in a position toward the end of next season to purchase a new one. We're basically a week away from being able to purchase a new trainer. Just takes a little bit of patience. But it's definitely hard. Watching my 4 young guys sit around and not do anything all season sucked.

I'll let go of my trainer tomorrow since it'll be friday. I'm not sure if i let go of him now, it'll mess up any training i already worked on. It does suck, he's been apart of my team for 6 seasons. But like anything else, his salary went up/players salary and our window closed up on us. We had a good to decent run, but could never win the championship. I'm thinking i might let everyone go next season, other than Ed,Khan, and Bart, possibly Smallwood, depending on what goes on with his bidding. Who are all in their 20s. Albert will be 29 next season, but next season is a wash for us. So i don't think it makes sense to hold on to him. But im not sure yet. Right now im just trying to make it through this season and im thinking getting rid of my trainer might help us reach the end of the season.
