I'm actually kinda sorta doing a variation of bb2night with my twitter, when I am motivated enough to do so. Biggest problem with doing the segment is that I am running out of inspiration for the tunes that I accompany these with. Doesnt mean Sybil, A&A and the rest of the crew are gone, just giving them some well deserved time off. It could get very interesting down the stretch depending on who does what, the generals are perpetually cash poor so movements may be limited, plus I have been to say the least very happy about how my little collection of has been's and never will be's have performed. And whenever you make a move, upward or downward it affects the chemistry of the club. Now what to do about these pesky problems, I know in the BB universe our teams are considered 'essential businesses' you know with keeping up community morale and what not. But the concerns with 'social distancing' are being questioned by the authorities. I am considering just yaking up all ticket prices to the maximum, that's a good way to ensure everyone stays 6' apart.

been mighty quiet out here. but breathers are making noises. bunnies are playing solid ball and on the other side lumberjacks and theives are both positioning themselves. while the generals are staggering to the finish line. gonna be quite a finish

(im going to try and "update" this all day, since last season I riffed my all time favorite cop show this time around I am going to try and riff my all-time favorite crime movie)

well so much for the attempt at the Goodfellas send up! got stuck at the store on a Sunday and even today we were main busy as beavers! such is the life of a mattress man! tonight I have a lot of vested interest in what's going to go on in a couple of these other games as I sit on the verge of getting the auto promotion! but it is all dependent upon what happens tonight if one of these two teams win and both of them in my book will be favored I move up to the next level if both of them stub their toes I'm back here with you guys for another season! good luck to the two guys still left here and their attempts to Garner a promotion spot as well. with the reset occurring tomorrow I will see you all on the other side if this is the last time that I'm part of this crew it's been a true pleasure being with all of you but with my luck I'll end up back here next season anyway!

How many bot teams are there? I just took a quick look through D.III and it looks like there are 3 teams ahead of you that didn't win the championship, so if there are 4 spots you might get the (well deserved) step up.

Also shout out to Sofuegg for a great postseason run, within a quarter of going from a 12-10 regular season to a championship. Some nice strategic coaching decisions in the Finals to gamble with the PON in an elimination game in game 2, and then go zone in game 3 to help neutralize my team's shot HA/DR mismatches. In hindsight I'm pretty excited to watch my team come back from an 11-point deficit with 10 minutes left but that was way too close. Also another team/manager that deserves to move up to D.II in the near future.

Thanks for a fun season all around, and especially coachlambini for making it even better with the forum recaps! I for one enjoyed those.

You earned your promotion. and a great job by egg just to put themselves in the conversation. but a 11 point deficit being whiped out in the final 10 minutes, what a wonderful and heartbreaking way to end.

The Generals got the final spot, but I was sweating it to the end as I only got the win I needed ( rhinos rage over southpoint) thanks to a 4th period surge. i went ahead and stsrted wheeling and dealing in advance of this but if it had blown up in my face I would have been screwed financially. And i still might, my payroll is way too high, though it will adjust a bit. my lineup will have some stylistic holes and uneven depth, but i hope it will compete. my warchest is small so the arena is too small and i will have to literally max out prices. so lets see what happens.
