Having teams limited by potential is too artificial imho.

What about having an NT with a salary limit instead of potential? 100K?
I'm sure this would cause an influx of well-rounded and diverse players to the TL

If not, what about a total salary cap for the NT team? That way there is more emphasis on the coaches abilities rather than the size of their country.

Just spit-balling ideas here

4 seasons would also be perfect for U21 managers to see their 18 year olds bloom into 21 year olds xD

I think elections should stay as two seasons to give nations a chance to replace bad managers. It's very hard to replace a manager by dropping them below the 25% positive threshold even if they are doing dodgy stuff.

I don't see any reason why two elections in one year would be a problem.

Elections every four years? Terrible idea. Ask those countries who have been stuck with a bad manager for two seasons.

Maybe we can have one every 4 seasons, but a 2 season option if a Manager's rating falls below a certain percentage. Or keep it at biannually but extendable to 4 seasons should a manager have really good ratings.

In Germany, we managed to get rid of two managers in one season. It's definitely possible. ;) But: it's almost impossible for smaller or especially micro-nations. And yes, getting elected for 4 seasons does have benefits. But there should also be an option that an elected manager could "retire" early. I love coaching NT/ U21-teams. But I was very happy that I could step down before the last U21 elections since my RL was a bit in turmoil and I didn't have the time any more to manage the u21 in a good way ... I probably would have managed some ok results but not like the current manager who has time and is motivated ...

So: 4 seasons, possibility to step down after two seasons. And possibility to vote someone out more easily. If we changed the time to 4 seasons...
