Injuries are there to make the game more realistic. No worries, that's fine with me.
However, in reality, at least in somel European leagues, it's possible to recruit players in replacement on a a short-period contract, and to take out insurance to partially cover the possible difference in salary. But that doesn't exist on BB.
We could perhaps add paid but non-compulsory insurance to limit the deadweight loss due to the payment of the salary of an injured player.
In the end, there's only the bad side of reality on BB. We just have to cry when a player is out for some days or weeks.

This is a cool idea. It might never happen but the idea of insurance is very much in the spirit of the game.

Non-compulsory insurance is the way to go.
Every beginning of season you should decide if you buy insurance for that season or not. The price should be one week of TV revenues. If you buy insurance, whenever a player of yours get injured you don't pay his wages during his injury time.

Buzzerbeater never do any changes, they did one and it's worse. Why injuries? My player the last 3 games didn't play, the first 2 at the beginning of match, in red, after match no injurie, the third match, in red, after match 9-18 days out. It is necessary? He has 22 years come on!

You have a level 1 doctor... If you want less/shorter injuries, maybe investing in something more than the worst doctor possible could be an option.

It’s viewable when you click on the player history page of every player in BB and scroll to the bottom. There is an injury history section (how long injuries took to heal and what level doctor they had for each day throughout the process).
