Supporters could have joined the staff federation and given input on it unless I'm mistaken on the news post..

Well at least that's the one problem less ...
It seem there is a lot of disagreement to the new staff system ...

Fair play!!!

500k for the only lvl.7 trainer with 5 days to go.

13 trainers above lvl.5 with 36000 users (0.00036%).

This is insane.

Completely agree.

You can't make a choice, you'll spend a lot of money anyway, by keeping your staff whose salary will constantly rise, or you'll spend a lot of money bidding for one of the few decent professional on the market...

Start saving money...

Sincerely
Giuseppe

I have read the same threads as you, and I can't seem to find a lot of disagreement about the system.
Indeed, there are people asking to make more high levelled staff available, but I haven't read much complaints about the new system itself.
Personally, I think it's a good implementation. The number of high and low levelled staff can be adjusted at any time by the BB's when they feel the equilibrum is distorted.
The system forces the user to make more choices how to run his team financially. It creates an extra dimension.

This just like the socialist economy system which means the government can easily control the whole marketing.
And which will make rich team more rich but poor team more poor with high level staffs.

I am afraid you are confused. You are talking about an transitional and very corrupted capitalist system (like you have in China). Not about a socialist system (like they are getting in Venezuela, for example)

Sorry, my comment was about my national forum but I didn't mentioned that at the first time

After giving a second thought on those changes, it is better to have more options for hiring stuff than to have only one trainer/pr/doc ... so maybe I was overreacting and it is probably better to have a better idea and to improve implementation of that idea than to have a bad concept ...
Hoping I was wrong

The staff members want more money EVERY WEEK???
What is that for? That's way too exaggerated!

I can't understand how that many people can judge that already, although people tend to be scared for changes. They might as well demand a salary increase of 1 single dollar per week. How can you ever say that's exaggerated?

Please stop overreacting and wait untill you know the numbers.

as it says in the rules...

The level of the staff member does not impact the effectiveness of the speciality

even if it's just a one dollar increase per week, the thought of having weekly negotiations to the management just seems unreal...

monthly negotiations may get fewer qualms, offseason negotiations would be my own best solution, but weekly salary negotiations is just too unreal.
