Cross training is random and can affect also skills like IS, RB, ST, FT...maybe you meant "secondaries"?

Btw, before OD, JR and PA training I'd train 1 on 1 for this guy for at least 4 more weeks in order to avoid negative elastic effect when OD, JR and PA move much above DR and HA.

maybe enough off topic to make it a own thread ;)

And doesn't it depend on the skills of the forwards, your team and his need etc.? Personally i tend to train the defensiv skills first.

I prefer 1 on 1, but I don't neglect JS for SF/PF. So my training on SF/PF position consists of 60-65% of 1 on 1 and 35-40% of JS.

IS and JS train VEERY slowly with 1 on 1. JS trains also JR, but it doesn't train HA and DR. So both have their weaknesses. However, I feel HA and DR are more important for a PF than JS.

Wow prolific at 19, what did his OD skill start at and when did you start training him?

As far as training, i would train his passing until its proficient, or every other week One On One, one week with One on One and the next week passing and you should get pops quite frequently.

This is a player that i boughtj this season a while ago.

Daron Briggs

DMI:16300
Age:19
Potential:Allstar
Game Shape:strong

Jump Shot:pitiful
Outside Def:respectable
Driving:average
Inside Shot:mediocre
Rebounding:respectable
Stamina:respectable

Jump Range:average
Handiling:average
Passing:average
Inside Def:atrocious
Shot Blocking:inept
Free Throw:pitiful

Experience:pitiful

He is a point gaurd and for the next three weeks i'm going to one position train him in different skills. This week i'm one position training passing for point gaurd. I want his main thing to be passing and i want him to be my best passer, by the end of the season i want him to have profient passing and proficient handiling.

But for the next two week, i'm not sure wether or not to train pressure or outside shooting, I want him to be good in both skiills. I'm not sure if i should train jump shot because of his low skills, plus i'd rather not two position train at all this season.

The only two position train that i may do is One on One for gaurds.

Drafted an 18 y/o P.All-Star, going 1 on 1 FWD till season's end. Then work out OD next of whole season to maybe Tremendous, then work on Passing when he's 20. The 2nd guy, the 19 y/o All-Star is just there for the ride... I'm just curious how fast he'd pop in OD once I'm done 1 on 1. I reckon he'd have 17 DV and 14 HN before I work on OD.
