But they got the advantage to see if using the 10 point options for size and age, and the 10 point option for the 1 and 2 ball players were worth using. They got reset and could now choose not to spend on those options. Information once revealed can no longer be fully hidden. Preferably, those teams with negative balances could kept their scouting options and had to pay to get into a zero or positive balance utilizing their future scouting expenditures. Of course, some of those people would cut their training expense to 0 so they wouldn't ever have to pay for this benefit.
You are right, there are probably a few that figured out how to benefit from it in the short few minutes they had to take advantage of it. On the flip side, its really mostly a wash anyway, because any of those players that are now concealed again, they will have to to pay individually to get that same info if they choose not to pay the whole 10 points, and that is if they were able to remember which players had which info, or were smart enough to quicklly take notes. I just dont think that overall many if any really got much of a benefit from it, and so few would have anyway, its not worth the hastle involved in a reset, or worth offending those who did things right, and like their results, and now would be punished for it. There is not one right answer, I would rather let the few 'scoundrels" get away with something, than all of the problems that could come from a reset. Lets just let it go and move on. We all have a game tomorrow!! i am excited about that!
