4) To answer another question that has been raised on here, staff salaries do not go up indefinitely, as it would make no sense for a level 2 staff member to eventually be making $100k/week. So if you really ignore your staff, you'll end up overpaying by a decent factor, but if you're willing to pay higher prices, you can keep a staff member forever and opt out of the system in that way, too.

Thank you for answering my question I appreciate that.

I´d like to give briefly my opinion on the new staff system:

- The new staff system is much better than the old one. However, after some time most user were so familiar with it that it's now hard to say goodbye to our dear clons!

- The bidding system adds some interest for those who love the market and of course put more pressure to those who doesn´t like it / does not have time.

- Most people don´t like the weekly increasing salary, as they didn´t like the previous decreasing skills with the same salary. In fact it's the same thing, so it's logical that people don´t like it. In my opinion, people would accept more easily to have "more salary -> more skill" (maybe sub-levels), or "less skill -> less salary". Both ways are more familiar to us, and they seem much more logical.

- Personally, I don´t like the specialities of the staff. The idea is good, but some of them are mixing game concepts and they can make the game more difficult than it already is. I hope the effect is small.

* Doctors---> Injuries OK / Doctors --> Game Shape ??? Don´t like at all.
* Trainers---> Old-player skills OK / Trainers ---> Stamina ??? Don´t like.
* PR manager --> Both OK.

- Finally... a complaint... ;-) We spent so much time explaining in the forums that doctors do not decrease the injury time once it is produced...

Now you won't have to do it anymore, isn't it wonderful?

I think the effect of specialties is going to be very, very small.

Any three for me

If so, even more suck for those that are overpaying for the staff.

Then if the idea was strong enough to implement, why not make it a worthwhile inclusion.

I only went for a lvl 3 doctor (RIP Max Paine) and I'm hoping the massage speciality allows me to play my better players for 85-90mins as opposed to the 75ish limit which i find is the threshold for risking GS......lets see...

1. Does the changes will effect already this week or just the next week?
2. Do the level of the staff people will influence on their specialization..?
For example, Doctor 6 with Massage will keep the players from a drop in GS better way than Doctor 3 with Massage?

By the way, I'm also think that the new changes will makes the game and the engine more complicated and if not enough the situation now with so much things that influence the enigne and gives advantages in games, now it is will be more difficult to prophesy what will happen in games with the PR-Managers changes and I think that it's the change who will effect on the engine at most .

So I really hope that the effect will be very,very,very small ..
Otherwise results will influenced by many thing that not so connected with basketball and reality.

one thing i notice good about level 6 and level 7 staff is example for trainers

we get to speed up in a way ( how fast . . we still have to see ) then talents are faster improving

after 2-3 more bb seasons we will probably have more nice talents than what we have now :D

thats just me
