Good players are balanced and don't cost 500k.
The only reason they cost loads is because they only train 3 skills really high.
If they had some guard skills I doubt there salary would get above 300k easily.


Then we get to another point - make every type of training available to any position (as an example... to choose single PF or single C position training on JS)... otherwise, I'm training big guys and I can't afford to play them in other positions just to get those small player skills... I play in 1st Division of my country, I simply can't do that - or else, I will fuck up my team stats and loose all games.

So what if he doesn't pay salaries? This is a tactic and seemed to work.

Maybe you don't know because you are unexperienced and never made top division in your country.
We are not talking only about B3. We are talking about the future of this game. Renting players is something that is spreading over other competitions, such as national cups, and this will destroy Buzzerbeater. Or, even worse, Buzzerbeater will turn into another Hattrick.

nothing will change, if there will be rule to complete your roster 2 weeks before finals, then peopel will save some money and at deadline buy 300k salary guys instead of 500k salary guys. in the end still will win the team who can spend most money on few latest games.

And, you know, I'm upset because I train balanced players for 5-6 seasons and because I avoid having players with high wages in my roster.
I'm training 2 SFs right now, it's very hard and slow. In my roster you won't find players earning more than 85k/week and I still manage to reach POs every season in Brazilian National League which is far from being weak. I've never made B3 but I've been cup runner up once losing in the finals to Vitoria Devils who later became B3's runner up. I'm so pissed off with daytraders winning B3 that if I reached B3 (which is still a [remote] possibility this season) I would go WO in protest.

That's why I think rosters should be "frozen" in the beginning of B3. I mean: you could buy new players and fire them as well. But new acquisitions won't be eligible for playing on B3, only league, cup and scrimmages.

Then would be the best to save more money before that and be in red numbers whole season. It seems like a making things more complicated with the same effect.

I personally think that the solution isnt in limiting amount of transfers. It is like a time traveling, if you have any restrictions for the future, is better to prepare yourself in past.
