and i know the skill of his best player ( im the french nt coach in S9/10)....

About that, it's completly abnormal to allow these kind of thing !
Scouting your opponment because you can do it (nt coach) ... great :(

By the way, he isn't the best anymore ! Serve you right :D

This is a very logic result, and very easy to clarify. It has nothing to do with offensive flow, it has to do with the away team being way better than the home team.

- The winning team dominated in all positions except one
- The winning team is balanced, see the player ratings all above 10, while the home team is totally inbalanced, thus ineffective, which probably clarifies the salary difference as well.
- The team ratings of Azur BC were highly influenced by 1 player, the center that played 42 minutes with 150k salary, 16.5 rating, and somewhat the PF 15.5 rating, 34 minutes. The other players most don't even manage to get half the rating of the teams. One man can't make a team win, you need at least 5.

Long story short. Olympique is the better manager, got the better team and wins this game at least 90% of the time. Azur, just as you, seem to value some players effectiveness wrongly. It's about balanced skillsets, not about salary. You can't field 1,5 awesome NBA legends and some schoolyard kids and expect to win vs an all NBA, non legends, team.

maybe he knows his skills, because he has nt players or nt cancidates - should a NT coach lineup by name?

I would say that this game you mentioned (17982955) is a prime example why team ratings are not really reliable for the outcome of a match.
Fielding a monster Center will get your inside attack rating sky high, but that does not mean it will win you the match. Fielding a monster Shooting Guard however won't help your ratings so strongly as the Point Guard is weighted equally (for outside attack, where even the PF gets a share in the rating).

Cheers, Exos
