Nothing like losing your best young gun in the first scrimmage.

Yikes.

Maybe if you get the injuries out of the way early, they won't affect you come PO time. The same thing happend to me in season 8, I think, where I lost Timmons for two weeks in the first scrimmage. The next season, I didn't even bother scheduling a scrimmage in the first week for that very reason.

Why wait until Saturday? Let the trash talking begin ASAP, I say.
Stankeye on Contortionists, Dragons, GK, Hobo's and SBCT for not even putting enough mustard on it to be a rival.

All that means is either we are really good or REALLY bad. I am going with the second one.

At least one of these 3 things is true:

1) I'll forsake the cup and concentrate on the league.
2) If I don't beat Pennsylvania, I'll quit this game (man do they kill on the tolls there, almost 10 bucks to enter/ leave the freakin state)
3) The Great 8 will continue to beat down the Big 8.

Just remember, my team does suck, we're a 2 man team. Shut them down, and we go back to chewing eucalyptus.

Hmm I would guess the 3rd option. There is no way a 2 man team forsakes an extra 40k a week for a few more weeks.
The second option was considered until I realized it was the Quakers you were talking about.

I would like to see this get implemented. 30+ NT? 40+ NT? All fun things.

I have a feeling that most NTs will be full of 30+ players in about 10 seasons.

As for the 40+ NT, it would be interesting to see how player skills decline at those ages. Depending on how that goes, I wonder how the player market will look once the first big wave of trained players hits retirement age.
