I don't know why you asked that first question. Everyone pays the same prices for tickets in this game.

Fan reaction - you assume fans are so stupid that they don't understand there are different categories of games. Fortunately most fans understand this IRL so they go on supporting their clubs.

If everyone could swing their prices up or down and had filled arenas everyone would be making good choices so deserve to be rewarded.

The BB economy is for the BBs to figure out. If they knew people were filling their arenas and this was having an adverse effect they would react (we hope) appropriately.

I don't want to make any suggestion. This is a forum for giving opinions (I thought) so I am doing that.

All your arguments are rubbish.

If you told me instead we have a potential of 3 games a week and we cannot expect all users to faithfully log in after every game to adjust prices for the next I would understand that. But I still would not accept that we cannot raise prices for playoffs. Disgraceful.

There is no ticket change for playoffs because with that option the strongest teams will get even more income. So to make it more even you have a choise. Change the prices before and lose out on 3-4 home games or get more revenue from 1-4 playoff games. There could be an option to set one price for regular season and one price for playoffs, but with more users playing regular season than users that have a home game in playoffs, I think option to change ticket prices 3 times during a season is a lot better option.

What exactly are you talking about here? Different categories, PL, Cup? We already see a change in attendance with different teams coming to town. Changing prices for every game is just stupid, where have you heard anything like this happens?

I've worked in English football (IRL job) and in my experience, yes ticket prices change per opposition, but the traditional English football supporter does not understand pricing outside of having 4 stands typically 4 prices. Compare that to a REAL life NBA or NFL arena where there can be as many as 30 different price breaks depending on various different things.

BB is a simulation that takes a great deal of computer programming. Pricing is part of the challenge. Just like trying to get 48+ mins for trainees. Yes it would be easier to be able to change prices daily, and be able to set how many minute you wanted each player to play but this is the fun part of the game. Figuring out how to MANAGE with the tools you have.

Enjoy the game, and post suggestions for pricing in the suggestions forum, not under help

Yeah, I suspect that was the reason. I 've been both bottom feeder and league leader ... so I can live with that. Thanks for clearing that up.

You missed the point entirely. The point was that if someone bought tickets for a game 2 weeks in advanced and another fan comes along and is able to get tickets the day before for half the price for the same game. Fan 1 would be very upset.

Fan reaction - you assume fans are so stupid that they don't understand there are different categories of games. Fortunately most fans understand this IRL so they go on supporting their clubs.

Fan Reaction is referring to the point above, not that they don't understand some games mean a lot more.

If everyone could swing their prices up or down and had filled arenas everyone would be making good choices so deserve to be rewarded.

Why should people be rewarded for making easy choices? The way it is now makes it more strategic and actually makes you think about it. Too many people want things easy nowadays...

The BB economy is for the BBs to figure out. If they knew people were filling their arenas and this was having an adverse effect they would react (we hope) appropriately.

Perhaps this is the BB's reaction by decreasing the amount of times per season that you can change the prices.

All your arguments are rubbish.

I haven't seen a valid argument from you just the repeating of "IRL, IRL"

I don't want to make any suggestion. This is a forum for giving opinions (I thought) so I am doing that.

Vent away then. In the mean time the system will stay exactly how it is until someone comes up with a better idea. You have to start somewhere to craft a better system. Say some variation of adding a new item to the fan survey that reflects how often or how much you have changed your prices in exchange for being able to freely change your prices.

But I still would not accept that we cannot raise prices for playoffs.

You make this sound like all your frustration has stemmed from the fact that you changed your prices and was "Unaware" those were also your playoff prices.
