Ok what about if you are playing against Push the Ball, is man to man the best defense?

I have a game today and he always plays PTB and Im not quite sure what D to play against him, well I am third in my league and he is fifth but I know him in real life and I know he has very very busy so thats the only reason.

Against Push the Ball, there are two options: Man to Man, and 3-2 zone, that really depends on your kind of defense. I would suggest 3:2 zone personally.

PTB is a good option if your team is deeper than your opponent since it is a faster pace and can tire your starters out faster.
