Bosh is still one of the softest big men in NBA. "Come and tea bag me at the rim!" KG is a legend!

...while teams built around an inside game - the Magic and Spurs come to mind

Houston comes to mind too with game play planned around Yao Ming. It didn't work as planned.

And no, Pau Gasol and Kevin Garnett are not elite big men.

You must be joking. Especially for KG.

There are 5 elite post players in the NBA: Howard, Griffin, Bosh, Nowitzki, and Stoudemire. Horford, Love, and Randolph aren't too far away.

Aren't too far away? You serious? Randolph? The guy has to play alone against 5 opponents to be elite? Come on. You really don't know what you're talking about. Love - the double-double machine played his record game with knees almost broken. I'm sure none of us can tell how difficult that is. And in the elite league like NBA.

If Kevin Garnett is not elite, there's some big misunderstanding here. He's definitely not an elite... guard. but come on, this was drafted in 95! and 16 years later(i.e. now), he plays on a champhionship team, being an uncontested starter, averages 15 points and 9 rebounds in the regular season, and is one of the best defensive players in the NBA. I agree that he's not the best, but not elite...

I'm not saying KG isn't a legend, I'm saying he's 36 years old and half the player he used to be. My list consists of guys who can take over a game either offensively or defensively. KG can't do it.

He had 13 JS, 10 JR, 8 OD

But skills above are adequate for III div guard (only OD should be ~2 levels better, JS and JR are enough). So maybe You bided guard who had good inside skills? ;-)
