Your team has no depth. As soon as one of your starters gets in foul trouble, hurt, or has bad game shape, or even subbed for some rest. You have an ENORMOUS drop off to the next guy. Also you do not appear to be training players to make them better on a game by game basis each week...
You complain of others buying players and promoting, when I see your starting 5 are all purchased players in that same regard.
