You see I for example overspend this season a bit, but it's not because I want to win league desperately, I actually wanted to play all kinds of different tactics, because I thought it would be useful with introduction of GDP and all, but know with introduction of this tax I am thinking more about coming back to buying PG with JS lvl 4 and OD lvl 20 with 30K salary and play LI in every game and save money instead of be in the minus and play all kind of tactics.

I'm sorry to say this, but I guess you are a bit of collateral damage. I don't think there are more than 0.1% of people like you who like to overspend in order to play different tactics. Why don't you buy 22-23y old players who don't have such big salary, spend one or two seasons of training them to tailor your needs and then strart exploring new tactics?

Yeah maybe my team a lit bit extravagant, but I think that with introduction of GDP a lot of teams that played LI will realize that way need to add more JS to their roster and this means increase in salaries.

I am done with training, I once waited for one pop 7 weeks with lvl 6 trainer and said to myself - no more :)

Generally speaking, it's not a bad thing. In a way, it will help to stop LI domination and make more use of other tactics. I vote +

Either the player had soft capped or you were not giving him the correct training minutes for the type of training you'd selected

thats not always true.i had a SF trainee for a couple of seasons.and despite giving him proper minutes at the required position with a level 6 trainer in a single position training,he gave me 2 pops in ID in 9 weeks and 2 pops in JS in 7 or 8 weeks.i too was fed up from the slow speed of his training so I eventually decided to sell him.

One pop every 4 or 5 weeks for single position training is plausible depending on the players height and age and also the position to be trained.

I have a SF who is only 23 and I know that Im going to be lucky to get 3 ID pops for him for the whole season.

But if I didnt think it was worth it, Id train him in something else instead

had my trainee been 23,i would not have had any problems with 1 pop every 4 weeks but he was 19 when I gave him ID training..i think that 2 pops in 9 weeks would be considered slow for any 19 year old.dont you think?

Even if he was only 175cm tall, I reckon that youd expect better at the age of 19years

Why would it stop LI domination? A LI team is one of the most cost effective options in this game...

That's the point after that he was popping normally, he wasn't capped and he was only 25 yrs old, I am guessing it was because elastic effect, because I trained already high JS and his JR was very low, but anyway after that I was so frustrated and I am training only GS know :)
