Day trading was a loophole thst needed severing. The restrictions in place do more to make the game more competitive for all. But it also more than any one thing killed the overall numbers as it kept a lot of people engaged. As for the practice of clipping off a player before he has made it to payday, true Richard move. You can't do that to the suits in the front office, those guys are getting their severance.

Someone (either you or the team you buy him from) already paid him his salary for the week.
