let's just try to calm a bit... and give them some time... whether we admit it or not... we can't do anything to make them do anything now... if they can't/wont do it at this moment

about stamina, why don't let us the choice of 3 players that will continue with the "old" GE and give a malus to the other 2 players after 36/40 minutes? Malus = impossible to win = drastical drop = force to play with at least 7 players if you wanna win, above all a B3

Written 3 players cause training allows max 3 players even if I doubt someone trains 3 players, otherwise could be a nice idea to save just 2 players and have a penalty on the other 3 players

Add another voice to the don't change stamina without adjusting training also. If you don't want people to use short rosters for training don't incentivize 48 minutes (and exactly 48 minutes) as optimal for training. Or if, the 48 minutes requirement remains give coaches more power to limit minutes (some of the previously mentioned realism) in a game.

Just kill the GS of players who play too much during the week. So remove the GS flexibility to ST and, if that's not enough, remove also the effect of psychologist for players who play too much (you have the doctor for that): job done. So if you want to pay and play 5 or 6 monsters you will not play them in 9 GS, but 7 or 8. This of course makes no difference for trainees, since they won't play 90 minutes a week, but 48 (if you are lucky that is!).

Yes but it leaves trouble to people that love to train. Last match I've given 48 min to 19yo players, I risk everytime I put him on the field and I don't want to be penalized, more than what we've already, cause I simply wanna train
