5. What is tested in scrimmages last season?
This is from Season 62 post news: "BuzzerBeater game engine was based originally on early 2000s basketball, but it's a completely different basketball game today. From paint battles and isolations, the game has evolved to a fast paced attacking schemes, based on movement and passes. It's time for BB to join the party. We've implemented an improvement on assists for all game types, and we are testing a larger effect in private league games, which will be implemented sometime in the future. "
I see. But I can't understand why the news says,
With this, we have also implemented changes that simulate the fast pace of modern basketball, essentially resulting in more assists in all matches (tested in scrimmages last season).
The private league game is not the scrimmage, right?

6. Is the Game Engine in S63 exactly the same as the one in S62? In yesterday's game (127702532), my starting player had less playing time than expected, which made me wonder if something has changed?
No.
Sorry for my wrong punctuation. I'm not sure what you mean by your “No”. Is it “The Game Engine in S63 is not exactly the same as the one in S62”, or “The Game Engine hasn't changed”?

IMO, PickUp Games System is not a bad idea. The only thing I don't like is no limit between original team and Utopian team. Knowing the skills of both sides rather than just knowing your own skills will provide a significant advantage.

It was tested on both.
Let me clarify my question.
In season 62, we implemented an improvement on assists for all game types, and we are testing a larger effect in private league games.
So why is the news says, "tested in scrimmages last season" instead of "implemented in all game types" ?

Will injured players be able to play pick-up games or teams won't be able to fully experiment and/or have fun with tactics and stuff in pick-up games while their players are injured?

IMHO at least pick-up games should be injury free! Ok if the player gets injured during the game, but every player in the roster should be eligilble to play, even if in "real life" they are injured.

It seems that I didn't fully understand what you wrote previously. Now, it is very clear. Thank you. I appreciate it.

I love the changes (everything that has been done in recent seasons makes the game experience actually tangibly better)..
Maybe this is for the suggestion forum, but I am concerned that by the time the season is past midway the “schedule” page will become impossibly cluttered and we have to scroll down a lot to get to games that will be very important. I would suggest (1) highlighting PU games in different color (like other non league game types) and (2) adding at the top a “current snapshot” that has, say, the last game your team played plus the scheduled games for the week ahead.
