I will definitely use CT at Tue's game in order to try to get a satisfactory result cauze there's not too much pressure in the league matches for me except Flying Yorts (They are the best second division team, I believe)


Keep in mind that if you successfully CT on Tuesday, there would a second tournament game on Thursday. Given the level of competition in these later rounds, you would almost certainly lose. But, to each their own.

You shouldn't discourage teams from trying to up their chance to win against you from about 5% to 10% - there is still a slight wtf factor in games. I am sure Evergreen will try and pull a ct as well (in my second annual simpson characters theme week), but unlike our last game, i will put in a bb3 standard lineup.

edit - losing teams should make sure they schedule a scrimmage for thursday to maximize training.

While I would love to see the sculpins knocked out (assuming I would be able to pull out a win tomorrow) and encourage (and sometimes suggest) good strategy to be used against rivals, a ct can only do so much against one of the top 15 teams in the entire game.

now this should get interesting on thursday. Facing a former division I rival should be a good challenge. hopefully my team will live up to it! I'm surprised that there are still three division II teams this late in the tournament, with one guaranteed to make it in the semi final.

Best of luck to my opponent and a special thought to the Molson Canadians, hopefully you can take advantage of a somewhat weakened Torooo team (by weakened I mean, having to play a third competitive game in three days) That's gotta take a toll even on a team as deep as Torooo's is. and best of luck jbmcrock in the B3 finals, I'll be rooting for you!

i have to say that i am quite impressed with your improvement - is laviolette trying to play defense these days? thanks for the wishes, even if the drunkers are mired in the italian great depression, they are still really tough. the canadians are my rival, so i will have to play extra hard against them (and luckily will not have to tie against them).

I'm not quite sure I deserve to be here, I guess I have to thank Ralf Lorenz of Serenity Now for the 2 shooting fouls and the technical foul in the last 15 seconds of the game.

I can't believe we've already played 10 games against each other. Looks like this one will be the tiebreaker. Should be fun.

I just watched it myself, but broken monitor and technical fouls aside - I'm trying to figure out how I gave up 44 in the fourth quarter.

I was due for a monitor upgrade anyhow.
