How many ups did he already have this season?
7 or more?
His starting salary is not much different from my rookie's.
Your guy's salary is now at around 13000. My rookie's salary after 8 ups (including 1 Stamina) will be at 6000-6500.
I think I'm glad I don't train inside players yet :-P

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

Here is a look at a Center that I am training. With the changes in the game engine I have spent a good chunk of the first season on secondary skills. His inside game will be a focus now for a season or two, thoughts??

Jump Shot: pitiful Jump Range: atrocious
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: mediocre
Driving: mediocre Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: strong Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: prominent Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: inept Free Throw: mediocre

I would get Passing to respectable, then Shot Blocking to strong. Then focus on rotating training between IS and ID until they are both at prominent.

JS. Thats his only weakness actually (assuming that you will continue to train his primaries) Everything else in my eyes are more than enough to create a big time player if he has the proper potential.

His JS should pop the next time I train IS. I may very well give him a week or two of JS training down the road.

His potential is Perennnial Allstar so he will definelty get some focused training, for a few seasons. Like I mentioned I trained his secondaries for most of the year to get him to a balanced point where I can focus on primaries. I hope he has a bright future, time will tell.
