I think that Charles has sometimes, how to say decently, his own way of understanding the game. On the other side is probably hard to do any ballance inside/outside, because principially we have only one defence skill for outside players (OD) and 3 defense skills for big mens (ID, RB and SB).
Well, outside players have to have support for Jumpshot by JR and I think even HA and DR makes it more effective generally. While for the inside players is fair enough just to have IS.
In this context is probably fair to say that salary demands should be somehow equal.

if you say it like that, you have one attacking skill for inside player IS(maybe two DR), and four five for guard JS, JR, Passing, Dr, Hn.

I don't want to escalate the situation again. Just one calm recommendation think of way how to announced in advance any salary changes in future. We know there will be changes in salary every season, but it really makes difference if e.g. wage bill is 900k and manager doesn't know whether after update it will be due to traning and wage "deflation" 800k, 850k or 1M. Then it's little bit of lottery and betting whether deflation will be lower or higher. E.g. I would make different decisions (training, transfers) if I expect 800k wage bill comparing to expectation of 1M wage bill.
